During his professional career, he has developed specific expertise in Civil Law, in particular Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate. He has also acquired specific expertise in International Law (public and private) and EU Law, with a special attention to specific issues such as Countries’ immunity and International investments. He advises Italian and foreign clients, including Banks and Investment funds, both in Court that out of Court (in relation to ordinary and extraordinary transactions)
