The Department advises Clients in relation to all aspects connected with the development and operation of public works, services and supplies, private works and planning activities, by virtue of its expertise on the matters of the required permits and administrative procedures, including in the course of the planning stage.
CBA assists its Clients in the public tendering procedures for the selection of contractors, the management and execution phase of contracts and public works concessions, also boasting a specific experience in urban planning law, territorial planning (both in terms of general and implementing planning), and negotiated programming, especially in the area of large urban reshaping transactions.
