We advise Clients throughout these developments and provide them with the right tools to stay abreast of the changes occurring at domestic and international level, in particular with reference to collective bargaining agreements applicable to the various sectors of trade, industry and finance.
CBA’s Clients include both Italian and foreign businesses, which we assist in the course of their legal proceedings and out-of-court settlements. Over the years, the department has accrued vast experience in business restructuring and reorganization plans, welfare and labour disputes, disputes on agency relationships and the application of collective economic agreements, drawing up of incentive plans, and drafting and negotiation of contracts and settlement agreements.
By virtue of its cooperation with other departments, our Labour Law practice has also acquired extensive experience in labour law issues surrounding domestic and international mergers and transfers of businesses or business concerns. The department also boasts advisory expertise in tax and contribution optimization and the secondment of managers with Italian or foreign branches of international corporate groups.
