This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the users’ data (each individually, hereinafter, a “User”) processed by CBA Studio Legale e Tributario following their registration in each section of this website (hereinafter, the “Website”).

3. Persons entitled to process the Users’ Data

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario may outsource the processing of Users’ Data to experienced, skilled and reliable third parties adequately selected to ensure full compliance with the current provisions of law on personal data processing, and, of course, in terms of security of personal data. Such third parties shall be appointed in accordance with the type of tasks that CBA Studio Legale e Tributario intends to entrust to them, and shall carry out their duties under the control and instructions of CBA Studio Legale e Tributario.
