CBA with Kryalos SGR and Logicor for the energy efficiency upgrading of FIA Mazer's real estate portfolio
The Firm, with a team composed by Francesco Assegnati, Giuseppe Serranò, Andrea Motta and Matteo Barone, has been appointed by Kryalos SGR, as manager of the reserved FIA Mazer, with the legal and tax aspects of an overall operation, coordinated by Logicor, aimed at increasing the value of the logistic properties managed by the same and forming part of the assets of the Mazer Fund, through the installation on their solar panels of photovoltaic systems intended mainly for the self-consumption of the tenants.
The project is part of the wider context of corporate sustainability, with benefits for both property owners and users. By using the panels, without changing the purpose of the property and/or having a significant impact on the environment, it is possible to produce energy, mainly for the benefit of the tenants, while also integrating the economic benefits provided by the lower cost of the same, and ensuring the certainty of its green origin.
