CBA advises Chaberton Sunscape JV on the tax and real estate aspects of the sale of two photovoltaic project companies to Green Utility S.p.A.
Green Utility S.p.A. has acquired 100% of the shares in two special purpose vehicles from Chaberton Sunscape JV, a joint venture between Chaberton Energy and Sunscape, each holding a ready-to-build photovoltaic project with a combined capacity of approximately 9 MW, located in Emilia-Romagna and Apulia.
CBA advised Chaberton Sunscape JV on the tax and real estate aspects of the transaction, with a team comprising Francesco Assegnati, Pierluigi Alessio, Giuseppe Serranò, and Andrea Motta.
Parola Associati acted as legal counsel on M&A matters, with a team led by partner Andrea Coluzzi and associate Gianluca Zampieri. The firm also handled administrative law aspects, with partner Andrea Leonforte and trainee Silvia Pellegrino.
