In a recent order (Cass., Sez. Lav., no. 30950 of 20 October 2022), the Supreme Court ruled that in assessing the legitimacy of dismissal for job suppression, the impossibility of otherwise relocating the employee must be ascertained in relation to the superior duties actually performed.
