By order of 27 September 2023, the Court of Ravenna, sez. lav., raised a question on the constitutional legitimacy of Article 3(1) and (2) of Legislative Decree No. 23/2015, in so far as it does not provide for reinstatement protection in the event of the illegitimacy of dismissal for justified objective reason due to the ground of non-existence of the reason given.
