Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework: where do we stand?

On 7 October this year, the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, issued a legislative measure of decisive importance in execution of the agreements made with the European Union on a possible new protocol for the translational flow of personal data between the European Union and the USA: the US commitment in this regard had been announced at a press conference on 25 March 2022 with European Commissioner Ursula Von Layern.
