She has been practising as a lawyer since 2002, dealing with regulatory law, administrative litigation and competition law profiles, unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and contracts in the energy sector.
Prior to joining CBA in September 2023, she held the following positions:

  • From 1999 to 2001 trainee at the law firm 'Prof. Menchini e Associati' in Massa (MS), where she dealt with civil law, corporate law, administrative law;
  • In 2000, she was an intern at the Antitrust Authority, 'Energy and Public Utilities' Investigation Directorate, where she worked: in the evaluation and analysis of merger operations; in the management of pre-investigation, investigation and preparation of final measures; in the examination of reports;
  • From 2001 to 2004, he worked with the Associated Law Firm 'Prof. Merusi - Toscano' in Pisa, specialising in administrative law and competition law, carrying out paralegal and litigation activities, and legal assistance before administrative, arbitration and civil justice bodies;
  • From 2004 to 2005 legal advisor of the Legislative and Legal Directorate, Litigation Office Unit, of the Electricity and Gas Authority (now ARERA);
  • From 2005 to 2009 he worked as Of Consel at the law firm "LCA Avvocati e Commercialisti d'Impresa" in Rome;
  • From 2009 to 2012 Of Counsel at "CBA Studio Legale e Tributario" in Rome;

-Economic and Financial Law Course, Academic Year 2003/2004;

  • Contract Lecturer in the course of study of "Economic Law", Academic Year 2009/2010, conducting the Supplementary Professional Course on: "The regulation of energy markets: Authorities, operators and service users.”

Author of numerous articles and scientific publications, she has also collaborated on a contract basis, until 2010, with the magazine "Quotidiano Energia", Gruppo Energia S.r.l., in the drafting of numerous in-depth articles on sector legislation, with particular regard to regulatory legislation (ARERA and AGCM). She currently continues to write articles for the sector magazine "Quotidiano Energia" in the column "Analisi normativa - Approfondimenti giuridici".
