She has been practising as a lawyer since 2002, dealing with regulatory law, administrative litigation and competition law profiles, unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and contracts in the energy sector.
Prior to joining CBA in September 2023, she held the following positions:
- From 1999 to 2001 trainee at the law firm 'Prof. Menchini e Associati' in Massa (MS), where she dealt with civil law, corporate law, administrative law;
- In 2000, she was an intern at the Antitrust Authority, 'Energy and Public Utilities' Investigation Directorate, where she worked: in the evaluation and analysis of merger operations; in the management of pre-investigation, investigation and preparation of final measures; in the examination of reports;
- From 2001 to 2004, he worked with the Associated Law Firm 'Prof. Merusi - Toscano' in Pisa, specialising in administrative law and competition law, carrying out paralegal and litigation activities, and legal assistance before administrative, arbitration and civil justice bodies;
