Third sector: non-profit gets complicated with statutes, registers and financial statements

Non-profit reform is a reality. The Third Sector Code [Italian Legislative Decree no. 117/2017], implementing the authorisation for the third-sector reform provided for in Italian Law no. 106 of 6 June 2016, has tried to reorganize the sector, but many aspects still need to be clarified.
