In the scope of his professional experience, Stefano La Porta specialized in judicial disputes and out-of-court settlements on the matters of successions and donations, corporate law, financial leases, real estate law, transfers or lease of ongoing business concerns, franchising and other commercial licence agreements. In 2017, he also launched a practice dedicated to family offices, trusts and fiduciary businesses.

  • From 2005 to 2018: Stefano La Porta headed the “Litigation – ADR” department at Studio Legale La Scala e Associati (Milan), with clients encompassing private individuals and corporate entities, which he advised on out-of-court or judicial matters, and on a large number of civil and commercial law issues and disputes
