Riccardo Papetti specializes primarily on M&A and Private Equity. As part of the Private Equity team, he regularly advises Italian and international private equity funds on their investments in Italy, which primarily include capital expansion and buy-out deals, as well as investments in distressed situations, either Court driven or out-of- Court. 

Riccardo has considerable experience in providing assistance on corporate governance issues either for public or companies preparing for their initial public offering (IPO), and the Borsa Italiana’s Best Practices, and for private companies backed by financial investors (e.g. setting up corporate governance in MBOs; structuring stock option and long-term incentive plans and other issues).
