The Constitutional Court, in Judgment No. 22 of February 22, 2024, returned to rule on Legislative Decree No. 23/2015 (the so-called "Jobs Act"), declaring the unconstitutionality of Article 2, paragraph 1, in the part in which the rule limits the application of reinstatement protection only to cases of nullity of dismissal "expressly provided for by law."
