Crowdfunding also thrives through real estate. According to the IV Italian Report on Crowdinvesting by the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, Italy has witnessed a major and rapid development in the so-called real estate crowdfunding – the practice of funding by collecting money from a group of investors online applied in the real estate market – over the last twelve months.
