Review on the consultative referendum held on 23 June 2016 and the prospective UK ratification of its intention to leave EU membership.

Although any observation in respect of the future relationships between the United Kingdom and the European Union seems untimely, and different scenarios may only be envisaged, for the time being, we believe that some preliminary remarks would be of use on the main effects that Brexit may have especially on certain sectors.
