The Government’s relaunch plan also involves law professionals and public administration and corporate advisors. The NRRP will be an opportunity to combine the know-how of senior experts with input from young professionals willing to support change. Law firms will have to incorporate new (and less new) concepts and values into their “products” and “business models” as part of this transformation process. Evolving practice areas include IT law, product “creation” and potential disputes; ESG  implementation and disputes; the digitalisation of payment systems and of the exchange of goods.
