Finint Investments' fund , Finint Equity for Growth (Finint E4G), has finalized its entry into Serinex , a company active in the design, production and marketing of toolholders and accessories for machining centers and numerical control machines. Specifically, the buyer was assisted by the firm CBA, with a team composed of partner Francesco Assegnati and Andrea Motta , who handled the structure of the transaction.
