He has been working with CBA since 2012, developing experience in the financial and real estate sector, assisting Italian and international clients, including alternative investment funds and asset management companies, with reference to various aspects of their operations in Italy (assistance with counterparties, due diligence, regulatory aspects, drafting contracts and assistance in preparing and filing applications with the Bank of Italy and Consob). He was also a member, with other professionals, of the SICAF committee (Italian investment company with fixed capital) promoted by AIFI (Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt) for the purpose of drafting a model of self-managed SICAF by-laws.
