New frontiers in the active management of NPLs – New energy saving targets and guidelines for energy efficiency projects – The renewed role of real estate funds in the Italian system

Last 15.11.16 the ECB closed its public consultations regarding “Draft guidance to banks on non-performing loans”, which aimed at encouraging banks to adopt some best practices in the active management policies of NPLs.
During the State-Regions Conference, the Regions have expressed their agreement on the draft decree of the Ministry of economic development, which sets the new national targets for energy saving.
The Italian Real Estate sector continues to undergo rapid changes in relation to both the investment targets and the way they are implemented.
