CBA, with a team led by Mattia Dalla Costa, assisted Jamendo, the Luxembourg-based company that manages the eponymous web platform distributor and licensor of musical works by independent authors and artists, in a case against the Italian association Liberi Editori e Autori (Lea), a collective management body that, together with Siae, carries out intermediation activities in Italy for copyright on musical works.
