Main changes on fixed-term contracts introduced under the “Dignity Decree” – OMI listings

According to the new rules, fixed-term employment contracts lacking in “cause” may have a maximum term of 12 months, while higher durations, though limited to 24 months, may be permitted for contracts setting out their “cause”.
The listing values of the Real Estate Market Databank (OMI) may only be used to establish the presumed value of a property under assessment.
