IP litigation: CBA wins for Telespazio and e-Geos (Leonardo Group)

The CBA’s team headed by Mattia Dalla Costa successfully advises Telespazio (a company controlled by Leonardo) and e-GEOS, a company operating in the Earth Observation and Geo-Spatial Information business, in a dispute brought before the Court of Hamburg against the German company EGEOS GmbH for trademark, corporate name and domain name infringement, and unfair competition.
