How do real estate assets owned by public entities evolve on the market?

For some time now, there has been a debate on the desirability of encouraging forms of economic valorisation of public property assets. The historical moment is propitious. Not only the injection of liquidity from the Recovery Plan and the focus on green models devoted to energy efficiency and urban regeneration, but also the interest of private investors and leading asset management companies: all favourable conditions for giving a boost to the programme (even if ambitious) of making a public real estate sector worth billions of euros more efficient and competitive.
