Fintech decree and MICAR: the regulatory framework on crypto assets

This paper analyzes the two most recent pieces of legislation that have defined the regulatory framework for crypto-assets, namely the Fintech Decree , published in the Official Gazette on May 15, 2023, and the MICAR Regulation , added definitively by the EU Council on May 16, 2023.
