Fincantieri NexTech acquires IDS. CBA advises MerMec on the transfer

CBA’s team coordinated by Paolo Esposito advised MerMec SpA on the finalisation – by Fincantieri NexTech – of the acquisition of the shareholdings in the corporate capital of IDS Ingegneria dei Sistemi, held by Finsis and by MerMec.
