Last October, the Interregional Committee of the Notarial Councils of the Three Venetias issued six important guidelines on the validity of sustainability clauses in corporate bylaws as well as on the consequent impacts (and limits) in the operational and management strategies for the achievement of the corporate purpose, in fact confirming the profound review underway of the classic architecture of corporate governance profiles through the 'incorporation of ESG factors in the exercise of business activity.
