In its judgment no. 14629 of 18.07.16, the Supreme Court reiterates its consolidated position on the responsibility of the employer in case of accident occurred to his employees.
In its judgment of 7.07.16, European Court of Justice (case C-567/14) clarified the relationship between the payment of the license fee and art. 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
The Council of State, sect. VI, in its ruling no. 2860/16, reiterated the principle that building amnesty cannot authorise any building activity carried out in addition to the works under of the request for amnesty, after the deadline provided by law for the amnesty provision.
