An important part of the Italian legal system has recently undergone a major modernization intervention thanks to the so-called “Bank Decree”.
The Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 4.08.16 introduced an incentive for the energy obtained following the reconversion of existing bio-liquid power generation plants into cogeneration units serving the same sites.
According to its ruling no. 1539/17 the Supreme Court established an important principle regarding the selling price of buildings sold by building companies.
