In its ruling no. 15350/2014, the Supreme Court has expressed its views on the right to action in favour of mere distributors of patented products against counterfeiting of the relevant exclusive right.
To date, real estate AIFs are still the most prominent investment vehicle, considering their high tax attractiveness and the fact that they are fully managed by a supervised entity.
