Digital Tax target 2020: the efforts in the field between OECD and Italy

A political agreement on the structure and implementation of the OECD proposal on digital tax could be reached already in the first half of 2020; Italy sets its sight on January. This is what it consists of, what the impacts would be and why it would be better to avoid the risk that the various countries proceed "in random order".
