The Delegated Law on Public Contracts

At its session on Tuesday 14 June, the Senate definitively approved the Delegated Law on public contracts, with 186 votes in favour, 32 against, and only one abstention. The regulatory intervention is, as is well known, part of the commitments made by the government with the National Plan for Research and Resilience (PNRR), which envisages precisely a comprehensive reform of the legislative framework on public contracts.
