Among those who spoke was lawyer Francesco Dialti, of the law firm Cba , who said that, "with the new Basel III rules for bank lending, out of 100 million investments, registered institutions will set aside not 8 as was the case before but 6.4 million, and this will lead to much more financing in the shipbuilding sector."
