Companies, panel discussion on corporate governance principles for unlisted companies

On 30 November 2023 in Padua, Nedcomunity inaugurated its new North-East chapter and did so with the coordination and support of CBA, thanks to our partner Ilaria A. Belluco. A great challenge aimed at bringing the culture of corporate governance to unlisted SMEs.
The event was attended by prominent entrepreneurs, managers and professors, from the region and beyond, and was also the first opportunity for discussion during the Round Table moderated by Ilaria A. Belluco on the new challenges for SMEs.
