In the context of the services dedicated to HNWI, CBA is delighted to announce the establishment of its brand-new Art Law practice since 1^st October 2017. This initiative has been launched in response to our leading Clients’ demand for integrated legal services and aims at consolidating CBA’s position in the art industry through a sophisticated structure encompassing multidisciplinary competencies.

The team is headed by Partner Nicola Canessa, who is assisted by tax Partners Michele Citarella and Giorgio Iacobone, as well as Associates Giovanna Boschetti (legal), and Elio Palmitessa (tax).

CBA won outstanding praise for such an initiative, which benefits from first-ranking academic and professional contributions of the new entries Prof. Alessia Zorloni, as Of Counsel (professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the IULM University of Milan, and author of several publications on the art market), and Prof. Alessandra Donati (professor of Comparative Contract Law at Università Milano-Bicocca and Market Art legislation in the Master in Contemporary Art Markets at NABA – Nuova Accademia delle Belle Arti di Milano), for scientific advice provided on the formation of the new practice.
