CBA wins for Öbb-Personenverkehr Aktiengesellschaf – a subsidiary of the Austrian railway group ÖBB – in an administrative dispute before Regional Administrative Court of Piedmont, Italy

CBA provided legal advice to Öbb-Personenverkehr Aktiengesellschaft – a subsidiary of the Austrian railway Group ÖBB. The team coordinated by Fabrizio Magrì won before the Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale per il Piemonte (Regional Administrative Court of  Piedmont, Italy) in a complex and long-standing administrative dispute following the challenge of a resolution of the Italian Transport Regulation Authority approving the tariff increases of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana for 2016-2020, with particular reference to the provision of international passenger services.
