CBA wins for Novomatic at Tribunale di Venezia

The CBA team headed by Barbara Sartori successfully advised the Austrian company Novomatic, among the main world’s player in the gaming industry, in the litigation against the Italian companies Highlight of the Game and Lunamatic, in the Dalla Pria Entertainment Group, for copyright and trademark infringement.
