CBA, with a team coordinated by Barbara Sartori and Fabrizio Magrì, successfully assisted Sereno Restaurants Italia S.r.l., a company belonging to the Sereno Hotels group of acknowledged excellence in the extra-luxury tourist accommodation sector with prestigious structures on Lake Como and in Saint Barth, in the precautionary proceedings brought against chef Andrea Berton and the company Ambrosia S.r.l., for the injunction of the acts carried out by the latter, in open breach of the non-competition agreement signed.
