At the end of a fruitful period of discussion and exchange of ideas, the CBA shareholders' meeting, on 24 July last, resolved to adopt a collective management body, a committee where different legal and tax expertise, also with different seniority, will be brought together and made available.

The committee is composed of the partners: Fabrizio Magrì, Michele Citarella, Francesco Assegnati and with the presence Angelo Bonissoni who will be the element for the accompaniment and transition to the new model.
