CBA teaming with Snam’s legal department to enter into a framework agreement for the development of natural gas filling stations with ENI

CBA team’s head, Paolo Esposito, was assisted by Chiara Chiosi and Daniela Viaggio, to help Snam in the definition of the contractual structure and analysis of a number of legal aspects of the project (05/30/2017).
Our professionals also accompanied SNAM throughout the second phase, ie. the execution of the first twenty-year application contract for the engineering, construction and maintenance by SNAM of the first package of brand-new natural gas stations.
