The company I Giardini di Sacro Monte Eco-Immobiliare announces the purchase and relaunch of the residential real estate project known as "I Giardini Sospesi" in Varese; this operation took place thanks to the strategic partnership between the management consulting firm Appian Investment Partners and the financial sponsor Gruppo Arrow Global, which was joined by Sagitta SGR as real estate advisor.
CBA, with a team composed of Francesco Assegnati and Michele Citarella, followed the tax aspects of the operation.
