CBA successfully assisted Tecnitalia in its litigation with the Italian Revenue Agency

CBA, with partner Stefano Petrecca, successfully assisted Tecnitalia Srl (a company operating in the design and commercial furniture sector) in its litigation with the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) aimed at recovering the research and development tax credit, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 4, of Law Decree 145/2003, used during the 2016 tax year.
