CBA in the person of partner Stefano Petrecca successfully assisted Paperlit, a subsidiary of the listed Datrix, in a dispute with the Italian Revenue Agency arising from the use and carry-forward of reverse merger tax losses in excess of the equity limit pursuant to Article 172(7) of the Italian Income Tax Code.
