CBA strengthens its Tax practice with the addition of Lorenzo Carminati and his team

CBA announces the arrival of partner Lorenzo Carminati, together with senior associate Marina Vitale and associate Filippo Bozzo. This addition is part of the Firm’s broader strategy to consolidate and further develop its tax practice, with a particular focus on Transfer Pricing and the taxation of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Lorenzo joins from Grant Thornton, bringing with him extensive experience in advising international and domestic groups on Transfer Pricing policies, tax audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs). He has advised clients across a range of sectors, including fashion, retail, industrial (mechanical, chemical, and food), and aviation. He also has specific expertise in global mobility and individual taxation, including the structuring and implementation of incentive plans.
This move is aimed at strengthening the Firm’s capabilities in advising international clients, top executives involved in global mobility processes, and high-profile individuals, while also expanding the Firm’s services to institutional and private clients with significant wealth and complex needs.
“The new team will take an integrated approach, working closely with the Firm’s other practice areas and contributing to the development of cross-selling opportunities,” states the Firm’s Management Committee. “With this addition, we reaffirm our position as a leading player in the legal and tax advisory market, continuing to invest in top-tier professionals capable of expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
