CBA with Sparkasse for the redevelopment of the former Enel area in Busto Arsizio

CBA, with the real estate team led by partners Francesco Assgenati and Fabrizio Magrì, assisted the Sparkasse group in the Luci nel Bosco initiative, an urban regeneration project in the former Enel-industrial area of Busto Arsizio, which will consist in the construction of three towers, for a total of 110 flats.
