CBA Studio Legale e Tributario assisted Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen dell'Alto Adige S.p.A. in connection with a leasing transaction with Aiut Alpin Dolomites involving a helicopter built by Airbus Helicopters.

Aiut Alpin Dolomites is a registered nonprofit association of 17 mountain rescue teams.

The operation is of considerable importance to the local area, as the aircraft will be used to enhance emergency medical services in the province of Bolzano.

The CBA team that advised Raiffeisen on all aspects of the transaction consisted of partner Francesco Dialti, senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Lucrezia Ghezzi.
