CBA provides tax advice to ENPAM on the sale of 68 high-quality commercial and residential assets to Apollo European Principal Finance Fund III

The team headed by Stefano Petrecca assisted ENPAM in entering into an agreement with Apollo European Principal Finance Fund III for the transfer of an EUR 842 million asset portfolio.
The portfolio includes 68 high-quality commercial and residential assets, including hotel, retail, logistics and parking facilities which are mainly located in Rome and Milan.
