CBA as legal advisor of Gruppo Fabbri Vignola in its transfer to the European private equity group Argos Soditic

A 100% stake of the Fabbri Vignola Group, which for 60 years has been manufacturing and distributing machineries and films for the packaging of food products and magazines, will be transferred to the Argos Soditic fund. CBA’s team led by Luca Fabbrini assisted the sellers on the legal issues.
