Iccrea Banca structured a financing transaction in favor of Sarda Bunkers for the purchase of the motor vessel named “SB Avantea.” The transaction was underwritten by a pool of lenders formed by Iccrea Banca and BCC Napoli.

Iccrea Banca finalized the transaction through the specialized support of the Enterprise Division dedicated to initiatives in the shipping sector.

CBA, with a team composed of partner Francesco Dialti, senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Lucrezia Ghezzi, assisted the pool of lenders in the financing transaction and in drafting the financial documentation.
