Following the agreements with the Chinese law firm DeHeng, the accession to Belt & Road Service Connections (BNRSC) and the cooperation with FIDAL, CBA carries on its globalization strategy and announces that a new alliance has been signed with Singhania & Co. Advocates and Solicitors. The agreement was executed and delivered at the Italian Consulate General in Mumbai.

CBA and Singhania will cooperate to advise and facilitate those businesses operating between Italy and India. Among other things, the agreement is aimed at promoting M&A cross-border transactions, joint ventures and partnerships among companies of both Countries.
